Prayer Focus - Confession and Contriteness
Identify the problems that relate to you, and then write your affirmation of the changes you will make.
Sins of the Body:
Hearing Amiss – hearing incorrectly
Slothfulness – idleness
Sins of the Mind:
Sins of the Heart:
Abandonment – feelings of being rejected
Study and then write your interpretation of these Scriptures as it would apply to you and today’s prayer focus.
1st John 1:9 “If we say, "We don't have any sin," we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”
Jeremiah 2:35 “You say, ‘I am innocent; he is not angry with me.' But I will pass judgment on you because you say, 'I have not sinned.’”
Spend time in prayer today asking the Lord for humility, forgiveness and help in the areas you identified as faults.

The FDA in a 2003 issued a “qualified health claim” for peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans and pistachios and allowed producers to add this claim that "eating a diet that includes one ounce of nuts daily can reduce your risk of heart disease.”
That’s because nuts are loaded with all of the good stuff our body needs like:
• Vitamins, antioxidants and Minerals
• Mono-unsaturated Fat (the good fat)
Eating a handful of nuts gives you energy and can lower cholesterol.
They make a good addition to salads, cereal, fruits and vegetables and adds a kick to yogurt.
