Prayer Focus - Worriedness, Fearful Thoughts or Anxiety

 

   

Application:

Describe what you are worried about or are fearful of. Include why your faith in that matter seems weak. Do you feel that you are doing the right thing concerning it?

 

Scripture Study:

Study and then write your interpretation of these Scriptures as it would apply to you and today’s prayer focus.

 

Matthew 6:26 “Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?”

Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” New International Version

 

Philippians 4:6 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” New American Standard

 

Prayer:

Pray about your concerns asking the Lord for His help, guidance and deliverance from worry. Declare your trust in His ability and His willingness to intervene in the matter. Thank Him wholeheartedly for His love for you.

Confession is the part of prayer where we talk to God about ourselves. This part of prayer is so personally convicting, that it has the tendency to be omitted.

PROTEIN (1)

Not getting enough protein in our bodies is bad for our health. Although the recommended intake is 50 grams per day, some people may need more. Protein increased muscle mass, maintaining a healthy weight and in general improves overall health.  

Although the main source of protein (so we think) comes from eating meat, chicken, turkey and fish, here are other high protein foods to include in your diet:

  • Cottage cheese

  • Milk

  • Whole eggs

  • Quinoa

  • Whey Protein Supplements

  • Almonds

  • Lentils

  • Pumpkin, Flax, Sunflower Seeds

  • Brussels Sprouts

  • Fish
