Scripture Study:

Study and then write your interpretation of these Scriptures as it would apply to you and today’s prayer focus.

1st Kings 3:8-9 “And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude. Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?”

Proverbs 4:7 “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.”

Ecclesiastes 7:12 “Wisdom and money can get you almost anything, but only wisdom can save your life.” New Living Translation

Pray specifically about the situation and why you need wisdom and clarity concerning it from the Lord; then be still and meditate.

Write what you feel He is saying to you.  Afterwards, pray for His perfect timing to act upon His instructions.

diet tip

Our bodies are approximately 60% water, and is needed to stay healthy. It's necessary for:

Saliva - Body temperature - Lubrication
Toxins - Physical activity - Bowel movements
Digestion - Nutrients - Blood and Oxygen -Weight loss - Energy - Circulation - Immunity -Cognitive function - Mood - Anti-aging -Dehydration

Our body loses water primarily by urination and sweating. By consuming water (in addition to the water that's in the food that we eat) we replenish what's loss. The most common recommendation is eight 8 ounces of water, which equals 2 liters or half a gallon. An easy way to remember this is the 8 x 8 rule.

From the Book

It is our human nature to inquire of Him because He has all the answeres to our questions concerning life.
